Kellie Collins, Nutritionist

Kellie Collins (BSc Hons, MSc, ANutr, NCEHS) is a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with years of experience in the weight loss industry. She has worked closely with Body Health and Fitness to give member nutritional guidance.

No matter what your health and fitness goal is, Kellie can help you:

Specialising in weight loss, Kellie can help you lose weight after pregnancy, for upcoming events such as weddings, if you have been recommended to lose weight for health reasons by your doctor or if you want to lose weight for your own self–esteem. No challenge is too big to overcome.

Kellie can advise on nutrition to individuals, small groups and teams.

About Kellie:

Kellie graduated with an honours degree in Human Nutrition. Kellie then went on to gain a Masters by Research from the Department of Clinical Pharmacology at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Following this, Kellie worked as a senior nutritionist with Tesco Diets (formerly known as eDiets), during which time she developed weight loss plans, advised members on their weight loss, wrote nutrition articles for several publications and represented the company on national radio and television, discussing various topics related to nutrition and weight loss.

Kellie then pursued her interest in fitness and gained her qualification as a fitness instructor and personal trainer (National Qualification in Exercise and Health Studies) from the National Training Centre of Ireland.

Kellie now works as a consultant to Body Health & Fitness and freelance nutritionist. With her experience in the weight loss field, and her qualifications in nutrition and fitness, she is well placed to help individuals meet their goals.

In January 2007 Kellie had a book published, entitled “501 Easy Health Tips”.
